Shipping:

  • We offer worldwide shipping from Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Shipping Methods:

  •  We ship via Canada Post and UPS, depending on your location and order size. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected.

Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are placed on a pre-order basis every two weeks, ensuring exclusivity and sustainability in production.

  • All orders will be fulfilled once completed, and the items arrive at our office, so you’ll have your AWOL gear in no time.

  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Please keep an eye on your inbox (and junk folders) for your shipping or Ready for Pick Up notifications.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Return and Exchange

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • You may return or exchange items within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.

  • Please retain your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) for all returns and exchanges.

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Return Process: 

  • Online Returns: If you made a purchase online, please contact us at Returns to submit your return request.

  • Return Shipping: For online returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is received.

Exchanges:

  • If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, we will happily process your request once we receive your returned item.

  • Exchanges can be processed within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to product availability.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will issue a full refund or replacement, including any shipping costs, for returns related to defective items.
